DAY 1 | Hanoi - Arrival

Welcomed by escort tour guide (with sign name) then transfers directly to hotel for check in. Simply enjoy free time at hotel or make your own highlight tour around central area. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2 | Hanoi City Tour & Water Puppet Show

The city tour begins with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Complex which features the life of Ho Chi Minh and the nation’s founder, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the colonial Presidential Palace which was originally the French Governor Office and the rural style of Ho Chi Minh’s house. Stop by one of Hanoi’s icons, visit the One Pillar Pagoda – built in the 11th Century. Continue to the Temple of Literature known as the first university of Vietnam built in 1070.

After lunch, resume visit a few of Hanoi’s museum including Fine Arts museum etc. Next, head to Hoan Kiem Lake – is the center point of Hanoi whose name is “The Return Sword Lake” that leads to Ngoc Son Temple. Your discovery is inspired by an hour cycle orientation of the Old Quarter with its ancient streets representing traditional trades from the past. Finish the tour at the Thang Long Opera Theatre or Bong Sen Theatre admired by a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show.

DAY 3 | Hanoi to Halong & Halong Bay Cruise

After breakfast, light pack up then be ready at hotel’s lobby for being picked up by shuttle bus for the journey (3.5 hrs) to Halong Bay. Get on board and enjoy welcome drink. Lunch is served on board while the cruise slides slowly along the fascinating Halong Bay for sightseeing. Immerse into fabulous scenery of this world heritage site, enjoy the natural beauty, caves, limestone islands rising from the clear emerald waters. We explore the amazing Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. Continue to Titov island. Go swimming and relaxing at the beach of Titov or climb up to the top of the island for a panorama view of Halong Bay before enjoying sunset party on the sundeck. Dinner is served on board and overnight in the cruise for 1 night.

DAY 4 | Halong Bay Cruise, Halong to Hanoi & Flight to Ho Chi Minh

Experience Tai Chi on the sundeck followed by hot tea and coffee. After breakfast, the cruise slides slowly through picturesque scenery within the peaceful morning. You can do kayaking around the hidden area then we watch the fruit carving demonstration and participate in the cooking class while we’re heading back to the harbor. Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch before reaching the harbor at noon then catch bus back to Hanoi. Next transfer to airport for flight departure to Hi Chi Minh. DAY 5 | Cu Chi Tunnels & Saigon City Tour

Breakfast is at hotel. We head out of Saigon city at 8.00am, the journey passes beautiful countryside to a famous region where numerous tunnel-system was constructed – “Cu Chi tunnels” are the unique underground network of tunnels used by Viet Cong during Vietnam War and considered as the most important setting for communication, supply routes, hospitals, food, weapon, caches. Have lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon, Continue for Saigon city tour, visit vibrant French influence including Reunification Palace (Independent Palace) is a landmark in the city and was the home of the President of South Vietnam during Vietnam War, City Hall, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, War Remnants Museum and admired by strolling around Ben Thanh market for shopping.

DAY 6 | Mekong Delta River

We leave hotel at 8.00am to My Tho, embark wooden boat heading to natural islets along Mekong Delta River, passing peaceful creeks, nice villages and beautiful landscapes dotting with coconut trees. The boat will stop at a few attractive places, you see the large orchard where you’re welcomed to taste different tropical fruits. Continue by rowing boat to explore the surroundings before heading to bee farm for the fantastic sips of pure honey tea while listening to typical folk music. Near the end of the trip, we will visit coconut candy shops, observe people skillfully use rice paper to wrap the candy dices and purchase a few packs of different candy flavors before heading back to Saigon.

DAY 7 | Flight to Phnom Penh, Killing Field & Dinner Cruise

Take flight to Phnom Penh. After check in, we drive to witness the tragic site of Cheung Ek, known as The Killing Fields where hundreds of Cambodian lives were proceeded between 1975 and 1979 under Khmer Rouge, connecting to the Tuol Sleng museum – a former high school that was turned into Tortured Prison S-21 and resume strolling around Russian market for shopping.

Evening at 4.30pm, we get on board, enjoy welcome cocktail while the boat cruise slowly takes you along Mekong & Tonle Sap River, view the spectacular sunset before having buffet dinner on board. Overnight in Phnom Penh for 1 night.

DAY 8 | Phnom Penh City Tour By Cyclo & Flight to Siem Reap

We set off at 8.00am to challenge a cyclo (rickshaw) for interesting highlights of Phnom Penh with Independent monument, resume the ride to central market to see daily life of trading then we ride along the riverside to visit the Royal Palace – is a complex of buildings which serves as the royal residence of the king of Cambodia, Silver Pagoda, Royal Stupas, French style building etc. Have lunch at a selected local restaurant by the riverside.
Afternoon, continue to visit the National Museum; the world’s most important collection of Khmer sculpture and carvings. Then we enjoy guided orientation around Wat Phnom with interesting legendary of founding Phnom Penh Capital.
Transfer to airport for flight departure to Siem Reap. Be picked up from airport to hotel and overnight in Siem Reap for 3 nights.

DAY 9 | Full Day Angkor Discovery

We depart hotel at 8.00am for full day guided Angkor exploration, start with the south gate of Angkor Thom atop 4 giant faces, stroll to explore Bayon temple consisting of more than 200 smiling faces, admired by Baphuon, Phimeanakas, terrace of leper king, terrace of elephant & Ta Prohm with the stunning tree roots. After lunch, continue to witness the marvelous Angkor Wat – is the world’s heritage and the largest monument in the world. Unlock the amazing history and its ancestral incredible masterpieces. Climb to watch beautiful sunset at Phnom Bakheng (limited allowance). Overnight in Siem Reap.

DAY 10 | Tonle Sap Lake & City Orientation

We leave hotel at 8.30am to Kompong Khleang village – is the largest floating village located at the edge of Tonle Sap Lake. Enjoy beautiful countryside and en-route to taste a few bites of famous traditional bamboo sticky rice, resume observe incense making (seasonal) before embarking a private boat explore Kompong Khleang whose daily life is animated by fishing activities, see amazing high stilted houses, visit floating village of Tonle Sap Lake and learn how life works on the lake, and make the lake as home. Afternoon, visit the finest Artisan wood/stone carving centre and stroll around old market for shopping. Evening, transfer to enjoy set menu dinner followed by Apsara dance show.

DAY 11 | Flight to Luang Prabang, Laos

Enjoy the rest of free time in Cambodia before transferring to airport for flight departure to Luang Prabang. Simply have free time or make your own walking around the town. Overnight in Laung Prabang for 3 nights.

DAY 12 | Pak Ou Caves & Luang Prabang Tour

After breakfast, head out to explore the mystery of Pak Ou Caves where you will see thousands of scared Buddha statues, lacquered in gold in different shapes. Embark the boat cruising along the great Mekong River, passing the stunning nature, from the distance, you will see the limestone cliffs where we disembark to discover the hidden Pak Ou Caves. Learn from your guide about religious story and wander to capture photos of the impressive Buddha images. Return and admired by Lao rice wine, paper wood handicraft & observe silk weaving.

After lunch, visit Royal Palace known as the National Museum to learn more about the long-lasting history and culture of the region, explore a few important Wats include Wat Xieng Thong. Climb to the top of Mount Phousi to watch spectacular sunset over Luang Prabang & the Mekong.

DAY 13 | Alms Ceremony & Kuang Si Waterfall

Today we rise early to see alms giving ceremony, it is good chance to learn about local culture when monks are in saffron robes from Luang Prabang’s temples walking in long silent processions searching for offerings left to them by the faithful. Return hotel for breakfast before wander around Phosi Market for interesting trading activities, drive & en-route at some ethnic villages to unlock the culture & local life. Continue to the most beautiful Kuang Sy waterfall, enjoy swimming and cool down for a few hours or you may want to trek down the jungle trails to visit black bear sanctuary and witness how it’s being protected.

Evening, enjoy set dinner at a selected local restaurant before we go to idyllic Luang Prabang night market for shopping. Stay overnight in Luang Prangbang.

DAY 14 | Flight to Vientiane & Vientiane City Tour

Take morning flight to Vientiane. You’ll be greeted by tour guide then transfer to hotel for check in. After check in, we head out to visit Wat Si Saket – the oldest temple in city then move to Wat Ho Phra Keo, formerly built in 1565 to house the Emerald Buddha, now it houses a small museum of religious art. Continue to the famous That Luang with the gold-covered stupas and admired by Patuxai monument – the most prominent landmark in the city. Next, we explore Central Markets of Talad Sao and the well-known weaving village of Ban Nong Bonathong.

DAY 15 | Flight to Yangon, Myanmar

Breakfast is at hotel. Simply have free time in Laos before transferring to airport for flight departure to Yangon, Myanmar. Overnight in Yangon for 2 nights.

DAY 16 | Yangon City Tour

After breakfast, we go to visit the downtown of Yangon featuring some French colonial architectures, embassies and red bricked general post office before resume driving to Mawtin Jetty where you enjoy the highlight of riverside activities and take some picturesque photos. After lunch, continue to Kandawgyi Park admired by the biggest Chaukhtetgyi Reclining Buddha Statue in Yangon, unlock Shwedagon – the most significant pagoda as well as one of the world’s listed wonders. Near the end of the tour, visit spectacular sunset over the pagoda.

DAY 17 | Yangon Tour & Flight to Bagan

This morning, heading out to have a guided stroll at Scott Market (closed on Monday) where you see many stores selling traditional Myanmar handicrafts and colorful flower stores. Return hotel and check out. On the way to airport, we stop to visit interesting Wats; World Peace Pagoda & Kyauk Taw Gyi Paya. Welcome by escort guide upon arrival at Bagan, explore Nyaung market and admired by the most sacred stupa Shwe Zi Gon – built in 11 century and red-colored Htilominlo temple. Continue to visit famous Lacquer Ware Workshop is worth enough to see its hand-made black products, embark a local boat to view beautiful sunset at Mighty Ayeyawaddy River. Overnight in Bagan for 2 nights.

DAY 18 | Ancient Bagan & The Surrounding

Leave for Dhammayarzika Pagoda with 5 entrances, seems like the pentagon of Bagan, and walk up for the panoramic view with many temples. Resume visit Myin Kabar Phaya with the best mural paintings, skillfully bricked Sulamani Temple and the impressive Dhamayankyi Pyramid of Bagan.  Afternoon, we explore the ancient Monument zone of Bagan by mounting on a lovely horse-drawn cart to the most beautiful parts of the ancient Bagan, come across the amazing landscapes and witness lifestyle at a small village, and handicrafts. The cart will end up at a temple where you can enjoy the memorable sunset over the terrains full of old temples and Pagodas.

DAY 19 | Bagan Sunrise Balloon Ride, Flight to Heho & Inle Lake

Rise during the dawn, transfer to take hot air balloon to catch the spectacular sunrise over hundreds of temples/stupas rising on the ancient plain of Bagan. Return hotel for breakfast. Take noon flight to the small town of Heho which situates on the sea level of nearly 1300 meters. Pick up, transfer to the bordering part of the famous Inle Lake.

Afternoon, embark a local boat to explore the best insights of Inle Lake which admired by popular Phaung Daw Oo pagoda, continue to silk/lotus weaving village followed by its unique weaving techniques, floating garden and stroll to see the antique Shan-style Buddhas in the oldest monastery of Nge Phe Chaung. Overnight in Inle Lake for 2 nights.

DAY 20 | Inle Lake & The Surrounding

Head out to the shore of Inle Lake, visit morning Five Day traditional market where you see some tribal ladies selling their farm products, of course, it’s great chance to take photos. DAY 21 | Flight to Mandalay & Mandalay Tour

Flying in the morning to Mandalay, visit the last dynasty capital city of Myanmar included the ancient Royal Capital and the biggest monastery with more than1200 Buddhist monks, learn about the way of monks struggle to study canons in day and night in order to be able to carry on the Buddha’s teachings. Continue to visit silk weaving workshop and the world’s longest wooden (U Bein) bridge built across Taungthaman Lake in Myanmar. Afternoon, process to visit Kuthodaw Pagoda which is known as the world’s biggest book and admired by the golden palace monastery where you can see the finest wood carvings that were gilt with millions of Gold Leaves. DAY 1 | Hanoi - Arrival

Welcomed by escort tour guide (with sign name) then transfers directly to hotel for check in. Simply enjoy free time at hotel or make your own highlight tour around central area. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2 | Hanoi City Tour & Water Puppet Show

The city tour begins with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Complex which features the life of Ho Chi Minh and the nation’s founder, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the colonial Presidential Palace which was originally the French Governor Office and the rural style of Ho Chi Minh’s house. Stop by one of Hanoi’s icons, visit the One Pillar Pagoda – built in the 11th Century. Continue to the Temple of Literature known as the first university of Vietnam built in 1070.

After lunch, resume visit a few of Hanoi’s museum including Fine Arts museum etc. Next, head to Hoan Kiem Lake – is the center point of Hanoi whose name is “The Return Sword Lake” that leads to Ngoc Son Temple. Your discovery is inspired by an hour cycle orientation of the Old Quarter with its ancient streets representing traditional trades from the past. Finish the tour at the Thang Long Opera Theatre or Bong Sen Theatre admired by a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show.

DAY 3 | Hanoi to Halong & Halong Bay Cruise

After breakfast, light pack up then be ready at hotel’s lobby for being picked up by shuttle bus for the journey (3.5 hrs) to Halong Bay. Get on board and enjoy welcome drink. Lunch is served on board while the cruise slides slowly along the fascinating Halong Bay for sightseeing. Immerse into fabulous scenery of this world heritage site, enjoy the natural beauty, caves, limestone islands rising from the clear emerald waters. We explore the amazing Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. Continue to Titov island. Go swimming and relaxing at the beach of Titov or climb up to the top of the island for a panorama view of Halong Bay before enjoying sunset party on the sundeck. Dinner is served on board and overnight in the cruise for 1 night.

DAY 4 | Halong Bay Cruise, Halong to Hanoi & Flight to Ho Chi Minh

Experience Tai Chi on the sundeck followed by hot tea and coffee. After breakfast, the cruise slides slowly through picturesque scenery within the peaceful morning. You can do kayaking around the hidden area then we watch the fruit carving demonstration and participate in the cooking class while we’re heading back to the harbor. Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch before reaching the harbor at noon then catch bus back to Hanoi. Next transfer to airport for flight departure to Hi Chi Minh. DAY 5 | Cu Chi Tunnels & Saigon City Tour

Breakfast is at hotel. We head out of Saigon city at 8.00am, the journey passes beautiful countryside to a famous region where numerous tunnel-system was constructed – “Cu Chi tunnels” are the unique underground network of tunnels used by Viet Cong during Vietnam War and considered as the most important setting for communication, supply routes, hospitals, food, weapon, caches. Have lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon, Continue for Saigon city tour, visit vibrant French influence including Reunification Palace (Independent Palace) is a landmark in the city and was the home of the President of South Vietnam during Vietnam War, City Hall, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, War Remnants Museum and admired by strolling around Ben Thanh market for shopping.

DAY 6 | Mekong Delta River

We leave hotel at 8.00am to My Tho, embark wooden boat heading to natural islets along Mekong Delta River, passing peaceful creeks, nice villages and beautiful landscapes dotting with coconut trees. The boat will stop at a few attractive places, you see the large orchard where you’re welcomed to taste different tropical fruits. Continue by rowing boat to explore the surroundings before heading to bee farm for the fantastic sips of pure honey tea while listening to typical folk music. Near the end of the trip, we will visit coconut candy shops, observe people skillfully use rice paper to wrap the candy dices and purchase a few packs of different candy flavors before heading back to Saigon.

DAY 7 | Flight to Phnom Penh, Killing Field & Dinner Cruise

Take flight to Phnom Penh. After check in, we drive to witness the tragic site of Cheung Ek, known as The Killing Fields where hundreds of Cambodian lives were proceeded between 1975 and 1979 under Khmer Rouge, connecting to the Tuol Sleng museum – a former high school that was turned into Tortured Prison S-21 and resume strolling around Russian market for shopping.

Evening at 4.30pm, we get on board, enjoy welcome cocktail while the boat cruise slowly takes you along Mekong & Tonle Sap River, view the spectacular sunset before having buffet dinner on board. Overnight in Phnom Penh for 1 night.

DAY 8 | Phnom Penh City Tour By Cyclo & Flight to Siem Reap

We set off at 8.00am to challenge a cyclo (rickshaw) for interesting highlights of Phnom Penh with Independent monument, resume the ride to central market to see daily life of trading then we ride along the riverside to visit the Royal Palace – is a complex of buildings which serves as the royal residence of the king of Cambodia, Silver Pagoda, Royal Stupas, French style building etc. Have lunch at a selected local restaurant by the riverside.
Afternoon, continue to visit the National Museum; the world’s most important collection of Khmer sculpture and carvings. Then we enjoy guided orientation around Wat Phnom with interesting legendary of founding Phnom Penh Capital.
Transfer to airport for flight departure to Siem Reap. Be picked up from airport to hotel and overnight in Siem Reap for 3 nights.

DAY 9 | Full Day Angkor Discovery

We depart hotel at 8.00am for full day guided Angkor exploration, start with the south gate of Angkor Thom atop 4 giant faces, stroll to explore Bayon temple consisting of more than 200 smiling faces, admired by Baphuon, Phimeanakas, terrace of leper king, terrace of elephant & Ta Prohm with the stunning tree roots. We leave hotel at 8.30am to Kompong Khleang village – is the largest floating village located at the edge of Tonle Sap Lake. Enjoy beautiful countryside and en-route to taste a few bites of famous traditional bamboo sticky rice, resume observe incense making (seasonal) before embarking a private boat explore Kompong Khleang whose daily life is animated by fishing activities, see amazing high stilted houses, visit floating village of Tonle Sap Lake and learn how life works on the lake, and make the lake as home. DAY 12 | Pak Ou Caves & Luang Prabang Tour

After breakfast, head out to explore the mystery of Pak Ou Caves where you will see thousands of scared Buddha statues, lacquered in gold in different shapes. Embark the boat cruising along the great Mekong River, passing the stunning nature, from the distance, you will see the limestone cliffs where we disembark to discover the hidden Pak Ou Caves. Learn from your guide about religious story and wander to capture photos of the impressive Buddha images. Return and admired by Lao rice wine, paper wood handicraft & observe silk weaving.

After lunch, visit Royal Palace known as the National Museum to learn more about the long-lasting history and culture of the region, explore a few important Wats include Wat Xieng Thong. Climb to the top of Mount Phousi to watch spectacular sunset over Luang Prabang & the Mekong.

DAY 13 | Alms Ceremony & Kuang Si Waterfall

Today we rise early to see alms giving ceremony, it is good chance to learn about local culture when monks are in saffron robes from Luang Prabang’s temples walking in long silent processions searching for offerings left to them by the faithful. Return hotel for breakfast before wander around Phosi Market for interesting trading activities, drive & en-route at some ethnic villages to unlock the culture & local life. Continue to the most beautiful Kuang Sy waterfall, enjoy swimming and cool down for a few hours or you may want to trek down the jungle trails to visit black bear sanctuary and witness how it’s being protected.

Evening, enjoy set dinner at a selected local restaurant before we go to idyllic Luang Prabang night market for shopping. Stay overnight in Luang Prangbang.

DAY 14 | Flight to Vientiane & Vientiane City Tour

Take morning flight to Vientiane. You’ll be greeted by tour guide then transfer to hotel for check in. After check in, we head out to visit Wat Si Saket – the oldest temple in city then move to Wat Ho Phra Keo, formerly built in 1565 to house the Emerald Buddha, now it houses a small museum of religious art. Continue to the famous That Luang with the gold-covered stupas and admired by Patuxai monument – the most prominent landmark in the city. Next, we explore Central Markets of Talad Sao and the well-known weaving village of Ban Nong Bonathong.

DAY 29 | Phuket – Free Leisure

Breakfast is at hotel. You can venture out today yourself to exploit the glamour of Phuket. For your information, you may take a speedboat for a 45-minute journey to the famous island of Koh Phi Phi, exploring scenic beauty.

DAY 30 | Phuket - Flight to Bangkok, Bangkok Tour & Dinner Cruise

Breakfast is at hotel. Your driver will take you to the airport for a morning flight to Bangkok. Your next expert guide and driver will wait for you at the airport to get you to the centrally located hotel. After a short interval, we will show you the must-see places in Bangkok. We will first proceed to the Wat Pho, with the huge 45-meter relining Buddha surrounded by temples. The Grand Palace Complex together with the Wat PhraKaew (the Temple of the Emerald Buddha) are next. We finish with the unique Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn).

Evening, transfer to Chao Phraya Cruise for dinner, enjoy the stunning view of Bangkok while the cruise slides slowly along Chao Phraya River. Overnight at hotel in Bangkok for 1 night.

DAY 31 | Mae Klong Railway Market, Damnoen Saduak Floating Market & Departure

We set off at 7.30am from hotel, drive passing charming countryside to visit Mae Klong Railway Market – have a guided stroll to see various regional fresh fruits/vegetables included interesting trading activities along the Mae Klong railway. Continue to take a long tail boat to explore the famous Damnoen Saduak Floating Market where you will experience the traditional Thai market with numerous vendors selling local foods, tropical fruits and products from their boats. Today your lunch is served at a local restaurant. The tour is admired by a visit to coconut products and orchid farm. Return back to Bangkok. Transfers to airport for flight departure back home. Return back to Bangkok, next transfer to airport for your flight back home. Say Goodbye to Thailand.
